Returns & Exchange Policy

As a small independent brand, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective products.

All returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. 

Items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and unwashed.
  • In original packaging with all tags, manuals, wrapping and accessories.
  • Accompanied by your original receipt.
  • Free from scratches, stains, odors, or signs of use
  • Bulbs, electrical parts, and installed fixtures are non-returnable unless defective.

Items not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Dead-stock products, custom-made or made-to-order products.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return
  • Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or power issues

 If item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Customer must notify within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please provide photos and unboxing video for claims
  • We will repair, replace, or refund depending on case, areas of damage and stock availability

Return Shipping Cost

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, though we'll cover shipping for defective items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
