How can I track my order?

You can track your package at Kerry Express (for domestic orders) or DHL (for international orders).
Once your order has shipped from our Thailand warehouse, please directly contact Kerry Express with any inquiries about the status of your package.

How long does shipping take?
Order processing takes approximately 1 – 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped from our Thailand warehouse within 2 – 4 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

TROPISM ships worldwide via DHL Express.
Remark: Shipping rate depends on your total value in USD.

Free shipping when order > 300 USD
20 USD when order > 60 USD
35 USD when order < 60 USD
Applicable for all countries.

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to let you know. This will include a tracking link for your parcel, so you can follow its progress from us to you.

Can I make any changes to my order now it has been placed?
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. However it may be possible to cancel the order,if you call our customer service team within one hour of making the purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards Visa and MasterCard. We also accept LINE Pay, PromptPay and direct bank transfers. For direct bank transfers, feel free to contact us for our bank details.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

As a small independent brand, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective products. All returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.

Care instructions are shown on the postcard within all our products. In general, follow washing and drying guidelines to maintain quality. If you’re unsure, message us and we're happy to help!

What if the item I want is out of stock?
We focus on small batch productions while working with local makers. If an item is out of stock, you can join a waitlist (if available) or stay tuned to our latest news on socials for any restocking.
